Covey<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Les \u00e9quipes multiculturelles sont de v\u00e9ritables moteurs d&#8217;innovation. Leur diversit\u00e9 stimule la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9, enrichit les perspectives et renforce l&#8217;adaptabilit\u00e9 sur les march\u00e9s internationaux.<br>Cependant, pour tirer parti de cette richesse, il est essentiel de donner \u00e0 chacun le temps et l\u2019espace pour comprendre ce que les autres apportent. Un choc des styles qui, bien g\u00e9r\u00e9, peut devenir une v\u00e9ritable force. R\u00e9sultat : deux magnifiques tours \u2026 mais les plus petites toutes les tours.
