Ils dirigent avec authenticit\u00e9<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 vient de la coh\u00e9rence entre valeurs et actions. <br>L\u2019authenticit\u00e9 n\u2019est pas la perfection, mais la v\u00e9rit\u00e9 de l\u2019alignement. <br>Les gens suivent ceux en qui ils ont confiance.<br><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong><strong><strong>2. Ils communiquent avec intention<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le leadership, c\u2019est de la communication \u2013 \u00e0 chaque moment, dans chaque \u00e9change. <br>Ce n\u2019est pas seulement \u00ab bien pr\u00e9senter \u00bb, c\u2019est savoir exprimer, \u00e9couter, incarner, et engager.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:18px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Power of Embodied Leadership<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le leadership ne repose pas seulement sur les mots, mais sur la mani\u00e8re d\u2019\u00eatre. \u00c0 l\u2019image des <strong>acteurs<\/strong>, les leaders efficaces mobilisent leur voix, leur corps et leur pr\u00e9sence pour inspirer et cr\u00e9er du lien.<br><br>Gr\u00e2ce aux outils du <strong>th\u00e9\u00e2tre <\/strong>et de l\u2019<strong>improvisation<\/strong>, ils apprennent \u00e0 rester ancr\u00e9s, \u00e0 s\u2019adapter \u00e0 l\u2019instant et \u00e0 raconter des histoires qui r\u00e9sonnent.
